Using every feature of both my Maha and LaCrosse chargers multiple times, I could not get more than 1700 mAh indicated capacity for four of these batteries.
The Ray-O-Vac Hybrids and Duracell Precharged (white top, Japanese made) batteries I have tried have all exceeded the claimed capacity.
I haven’t even got to trying to test the low discharge capability.

These batteries claim 2300 mAH and ready to use. The batteries arrived dead and my Maha C-9000 charger/analyzer reports these batteries have less than 2000 mAH capacity after conditioning. This seems like false advertising to me. Sanyo Eneloops, which are rated at roughly 2000 mAH, have better capacity and better voltage.

I purchased 12 of these batteries, partially due to their claim that they are “Ready To Use”. All 12 were dead on arrival. I believe “Ready To Charge” would be a more accurate description. I haven’t charged the batteries yet, but I am suspicious of their low self discharge claim till I can prove otherwise.

Using a La Crosse BC-900 charger that fully discharges, then charges the battery in a test mode, 4 batteries had the following result:
1. 2.01 AH
2. 1278 MAH (!)
3. 1957 MAH
4. 1942 MAH
One battery had nearly half the MAH rating as written on the package, and the others fell short. They were not ready to use out of the package. Not recommended.
